第一步：為客戶作專業蟲害檢查（免費）向客戶提供綜合蟲害控制檢查報告

　　Firststep：Makefreeexaminationoninsectpestforcustomersandprovidesyntheticinsectpestcontrol&inspectionreport.

　　報告内容涉及Reportincludes：

　　(1)發現蟲害種類及方位。Foundtypeandlocationofinsectpest.

　　(2)蟲害引發原因。Reasonsofinsectpest.

　　(3)物理/化學處理方法。Physical/chemicalresolutions.

　　(4)環境衛生參考意見。Environmentalandhealthsuggestions.

　　第二步：向客戶提供“綜合蟲害控制建議書”（免費）

　　Secondstep：OfferSyntheticInsectPestControlProposal(freeofcharge).

　　協議内容包括Agreementincludes：

　　(1)發現存在的問題及我們的建議。Foundproblemsandoursuggestions.

　　(2)蟲害控制方法。Controlwayofinsectpest.

　　(3)使用的藥物和器具，在中國登記的專業殺蟲劑，提供材料安全系數單據。

　　Usedmedicinesanddevices,specialpesticideregisteredinChina,providematerialsafetydata.

　　(4)服務的頻率—如每月一次，每月兩次—視實際情況和行業而定。

　　(5)服務質量保證。Warrantyofservicequality.

　　(6)服務的價格：視實際蟲害嚴重程度，内外環境，行業，房屋結構等而定。

　　第三步：雙方簽約後進行服務，服務時間配合并滿足客戶要求。

　　Thirdstep：Provideserviceaftersignaturebybothpartiesandaccordingtotheserviceschedulerequiredbycustomers.

　　(1)每次服務結束後，當場提供服務清單。

　　Provideservicelistassoonasservicecompletion.

　　(2)作為客戶的蟲控檔案資料，供客戶及其供應商審計。

　　Producepestcontrolrecordsforcustomersforreviewbycustomersandsuppliers.

　　第四步：定期對客戶進行回訪和質量跟蹤,把客戶的意見反饋到日常工作中。

　　Fourthstep：Makecustomervisitandqualitytraceperiodicallyandtakecustomers’feedbackintoaccountduringroutinepractices.
